If you’re looking at my webpage, I’m guessing something in your life is troubling you, or you feel like something needs to change. If so please read on, and maybe then you’ll feel less anxious over whether to proceed with this process.
I know how hard it is for any individual to take this first step. People often come to therapy not knowing, or are unsure of what will happen next. So let me try and put your mind at rest. I offer an opportunity to talk and be heard, in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment, where together we can work through any problems, anxieties, or fears that are holding you back in life. My belief is simple; everyone deserves inner peace and happiness. However, we are all aware that life isn’t as straight forward as we would like. There are events that can really disrupt our lives, causing difficulties and sadness in many different ways. This is where this working relationship comes to the fore. My place is to walk with you on your journey, and together discover how you can make changes and grow.
